Nyna Consulting is a product management consultancy, led by director Nina Lovelace.

Nina works directly for clients as a consultant, but can also pull together larger teams should clients require.

She does this by running the business as a collective, utilising her personal contacts from her time spent at FEBDigital, The Guardian, The Times and Plexus, plus her 10 Digital Ladies event members. She can find exceptional product managers, strategists, marketers, business analysts, designers, UX experts and technical partners including developers on a project by project basis.

Nina has worked for, either directly or as a consultant, to help set or influence digital content strategy for content organisations including: Time Inc, Centaur Media, Plexus, The Guardian, the Times (News UK), CSquared, Which?, Procserve, Marie Stopes International, plus numerous start-ups including The Pool.

Nina’s key skillset is in identifying  and preparing organisations to launch new digital content products and/or businesses. She works on short contracts to assess opportunities and at the end of her work provides clients with a C-suite board pack outlining, where necessary:

  • market sizing
  • organisational SWOT
  • competitive analysis
  • audience research & personas
  • content assessment & creation
  • wireframes
  • top-line business case (costings and expected revenues)
  • recommended technical partners for build.
